Failed jobs are refunded automatically
Points are taken when the engine or the generation pool accepts a job. When that job fails upstream, the points are handed back without you asking — the same refund also applies to a job that reports an error while you poll it.
Wallet money
Money in your wallet does not expire and can be spent on any plan at the current price. Unused wallet balance is refundable within 7 days of the top-up, in full, as long as none of it has been spent — the same rail it came in on.
Plan terms
A plan is sold as a fixed 30-day term, not a subscription that renews: you keep the higher quota until the term ends, then the account drops back to Free automatically. Because nothing renews and the term starts the moment you buy, a term already started is not refundable once any job has been consumed from it.
Within 24 hours of a mistake
Bought the wrong plan or the wrong term by mistake, and used no jobs from it? Email us within 24 hours and we move the money to the plan you meant to buy, or refund it.
How to request
Email [email protected] from the address on the account with the order code (the memo you sent, shaped like A3DXXXXX) or the bank/Binance reference. We answer within one business day and settle within three.
Chargebacks
Opening a dispute with your bank or exchange instead of asking us first voids the refund path for that order: the wallet credit and the plan are revoked until the dispute is resolved. Talk to us first — almost every case we see is fixed the same day.
