What we keep

Your sign-in identity (email, name, picture from Google). For each model you analyze: the source link, a cleaned title, the asset count and a small cached cover image under 3 MB so History can show it. For each action: a log entry — analyze, generate, download, convert, failure — with format and byte size. For payments: the order code, amount, method, status and the payment reference the bank or Binance reported. We keep metadata; we do not keep your files.

When you generate a model, the image is streamed to the generation model and the mesh is streamed back to your browser. The account stores the job record (file name, MIME type, byte size, status, optional prompt) plus a small letterboxed cover under 200 KB so History can show the source. The original upload is not kept.

What we do not collect

Meshy or Tripo passwords, your API tokens, cookies from those sites, browsing history outside this site, raw card numbers, and no third-party advertising tracker. Analytics, if enabled, is cookie-free aggregate page counting and never receives your email address.

Where data lives

The session is a signed, http-only, same-site cookie in your browser. Account and job metadata live in our own database on our server. Model bytes stream through memory and are never written to disk. We run no CDN cache of your assets.

Deleting your data

Self-serve, no email needed: Studio → Settings → Delete account removes your account record, quota, history entries, cached covers, job ledger and wallet ledger in one step. Individual history entries can be deleted any time from History, and each deletion also drops its cached cover. Export is self-serve too: Settings → Export my data returns every record we hold about you as JSON.

• Order records that were paid are kept as accounting entries, because tax and dispute rules require a payment ledger; they are detached from your identity within 90 days of deletion.
• Anything already downloaded to your machine is yours and was never under our control.

Children and location

The service is a professional tool, not directed at children under 16. Data is processed on our own server; we do not sell, rent or transfer it to advertisers.

Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced in the public changelog and the date above moves. Continued use after that date means you accept it.
